Shipping
We have segmented our shipping into 4 zones. The majority of the United States gets Free Shipping on most orders. See the below map. There are a few items in our store that are exceptions and do not receive free or flat rate shipping. Generally, these are liquid drinks and cannot be purchased directly on line.

  1. Zone 1: This includes the eastern United States. This Zone 1 has free shipping on nearly all orders. The Free Shipping is a 4-7 business day service that may take up to 10 business days. Most orders are delivered in the lower end of that delivery window, but some do take the full time.

  2. Zone 2: This includes the western United States indicated in red in the map. Most orders shipping to these states are shipped at a flat $4/order. This is a 4-7 business day service that may take up to 10 business days. Particularly in the PNW and northern California, the transit times are on the upper end of this delivery window.

  3. Zone 3: This includes all shipping address that are not in the continental 48 states but are serviced by the United States Post Office. Generally this includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Samoa, Micronesia, APO/FPO/DPO. We are happy to ship to all of these addresses. Unfortunately they can be substantially more expensive to ship to, so we cannot offer free or flat rate shipping. To determine the cost of shipping to one of these addresses, places items into your shopping cart, enter your shipping address and the website will give you the cost for First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

  4. Zone 4: This includes all international shipping. At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States. This will be updated in the future.

Sales Tax

We collect 6.75% Sales Tax for all orders that are shipped to address in the state of North Carolina. If you have the order shipped to another state or territory, we do not collect sales tax. However, you may be subject to your state's Use Tax. Check with your tax advisor for any concern you may have regarding your obligations to your state's or territory's tax authority.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The returned merchandise must be unopened and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstance, including but not limited to, when you do not like the flavor or the expiration date of the product. Upon receipt of your order please inspect the product carefully before opening it to ensure it is what you want and in the condition as described on our site, including Expiration or Best By dates.

Upon receipt of any returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it remains unopened and in perfect condition. If that is the case, then we will provide a refund of what you paid less our original outbound shipping cost. We will provide this refund within 2 business days of our receipt of the return. Please note that on average this original shipping cost for five pound proteins is $8-11. Heavier packages and delivery address that are far from North Carolina may have shipping costs that are substantially higher that will be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept any returns or issue and credit beyond 30 days from date of delivery to you. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect product).
